  1. Missing Fip on F.M. in Brighton. Please bring it back. I listen at home and in the car all the time. Many thanks, Matty

  4. According to a post on this forum the Government (OFCOM) have taken FIP off air — http://www.radionecks.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3089

And you can see that many stations from Brighton are also missing this summer — http://www.radionecks.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1368

It seems ridiculous that FIP is considered something worth investing resources and public money to take down. No profit was being made, no interference was being caused and it only benefits our vibrant city. I think we need to take some action here.

But all is not lost, thanks to readily available data access on our phones, you can listen to FIP via “TuneIn Radio” anywhere. So shove that in your pipe and smoke it, OFCOM, I’ll listen to what I want when I want. This is Brighton.

    • Echo your points entirely. I do feel we need to show support for all they’ve done, whoever they are that rebroadcast..just not the same having to use WIFI

      We need an online campaign

  5. I contacted the Argus, but then dropped that idea. It was the publicity in 2008 that led to the first time taken down…

    ideas anyone ?

  6. Really miss FIP at work driving round town. The “authorities” can not allow what is an ilegal broudcast to continue. But they seem to have ignored it for years, I wonder why. Has our Noble Lord Bassom been approached to pull a few strings. I cant belive he is a Steve Wright listener.
